Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about tire ordering, fitment, pickup, mobile service, installation, financing, and service availability.

This page covers common questions about ordering tires and requesting service through NVT. If you do not see your question here, contact us with your vehicle information, tire size, and service request.

Do you sell car and truck tires?

Yes. NVT can help with tire options for passenger vehicles, trucks, SUVs, and light-duty vehicles. Availability depends on size, brand, supplier stock, and fulfillment timing.

Do you sell OHV, ATV, and UTV tires?

Yes. NVT supports OHV, ATV, UTV, side-by-side, trail, utility, and off-road tire needs. Send your machine details and current tire size if you need help confirming fitment.

Can I order online and pick up later?

Pickup may be available on eligible orders after NVT confirms product availability and pickup timing. Do not assume pickup is confirmed until NVT has reviewed and confirmed the order.

Do you offer mobile service?

Mobile service may be available in Salt Lake County and Utah County by request. Availability depends on location, schedule, weather, equipment access, and the type of service requested.

What services do you offer besides tires?

Services may include tire installation, flat repair, wheel balancing, oil/lube service, brake service, detailing, and select mobile services.

Can you help me find the right tire size?

Yes. Send your vehicle year, make, model, trim, and current tire size. For OHV/UTV requests, include the machine year, make, model, current tire size, and how you use it.

Are appointments confirmed automatically?

No. Appointment requests are not final until confirmed by NVT.

Do you offer financing?

Financing may be available through third-party financing options for eligible purchases. Financing approval, terms, rates, and payment obligations are handled by the financing provider.

Can all tires be returned?

No. Returns may be limited by supplier rules, tire condition, special-order status, mounting or installation status, and safety considerations. Review the Returns & Refunds page before purchase.

What areas do you serve?

Mobile and on-site service is generally limited to Salt Lake County and Utah County unless NVT approves otherwise.
